Data

Your indoor route still counts where you train.

Completed sessions can flow to the places you already track your training — honestly labeled as indoor workouts, and private until you decide otherwise.

Where workouts can go

Completed sessions can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported. TerraFlo uploads Strava sessions as virtual indoor workouts — with the route's name attached — rather than pretending you physically traveled the filmed road.

TerraFlo does not offer direct TrainingPeaks or Garmin Connect integrations today. Completed sessions can be exported as a TCX file, which platforms that accept TCX can import manually. Workouts are private by default: sharing is an explicit action, and public summaries exclude detailed telemetry and health metrics.

Strava

Sessions can sync to Strava as virtual indoor workouts where supported, with the route name carried through.

Health apps and TCX

Apple Health, Health Connect, and manual TCX export keep your workout record portable where supported.

Private by default

Completed workouts stay private until you explicitly share them — and shared summaries keep detailed telemetry out.
