You start the belt
TerraFlo never starts or resumes a treadmill belt for you — sessions begin when you press start.
Safety
Equipment automation is only useful if you trust it. TerraFlo's control model is built around explicit consent, hard limits, and a session that always belongs to you.
Arena playback never starts or resumes a treadmill belt. You start the treadmill, and TerraFlo follows supported controls only where the equipment and safety model allow it — with a clear countdown before any belt motion you request in-app, and a review-and-accept safety step before the first control command is ever sent.
Route-driven incline is clamped: never below flat, capped at what your machine reports as its maximum, and adjustable or disabled mid-session. For users who prefer lower intensity, gentle flat routes are visible from the start, and live heart rate is easy to read where supported.

Route terrain drives equipment only inside the limits your machine reports, and you can turn it off mid-session.
Live heart-rate context stays visible where supported — a trust feature, not an afterthought.
